I have the best job in the world; finding volunteers to help grant the wishes of children with a critical illness here in the great state of Michigan.
On May 4, I will be continuing a long standing tradition of having a walk team and raising money for the charity that I work for. Please consider joining my team and/or making a donation to this amazing cause.
To understand better what a kid feels like after their wish, read this quote from a wish kid, “It was the best weekend of my life and I can't thank everyone that was involved in putting this together enough! It made me want to make people that aren't feeling well or having a hard time in their life happy. I am going to do little things to make people smile or give them a hand when they need it. It's really awesome to see how these, at one-point strangers, went out of their way to make me so happy, to put a smile on my face, and to make sure I had the best weekend of my life! They all have big hearts!"
