Kara's Angels is dedicated to the memory of our beloved niece, cousin, daughter, granddaughter, sister, friend, and forever smiling Kara Horton.  Kara was a wish kid, able to fulfill her dream as a princess seeing all her Disney friends down in Disney World.  Make a Wish gave them a first class, unforgettable experience to create memories as a family they'll never forget. 

We walk in honor of her and every child and family affected by a critical disease. We walk to bring hope and happiness to the near 800 Michigan children that are waiting every year for their wish to be granted.  We walk because it brings us hope that even the smallest positive act can grow to make an enormus permanent impact in someone's life when they can so greatly need it.

These life-changing wishes are only possible because of supporters like us. A wish experience can truly change a child’s life, and so can we.
