What is Trailblaze Challenge®?

It's the most rewarding thing you'll do all year. The Trailblaze Challenge is an endurance hiking event and fundraiser benefiting Make-A-Wish that offers adventure and joy to everyone involved. As a participant, you are showing children with critical illnesses that we all are stronger and more resilient than we ever imagined we could be giving them the hope and strength they need to keep fighting.

It's not a race, it's a journey. The Trailblaze Challenge will prepare you for your journey in both training and fundraising through a multi-month (optional) training and support program that culminates in a single-day hike, ranging from 20 to 30 miles. The program and training cater to all fitness levels, from novice to advanced outdoor enthusiasts. All hikers and participants will be supported by experienced Hike Support Teams and have the option to take breaks or opt out of completing the full mileage during training hikes and on Hike Day.
