Make-A-Wish is an organization that’s very dear to me. If you’re not familiar, they grant life-changing wishes to local children with critical illnesses.
My family has pledged to raise $6000 this year for this group, as a family. We are not just asking for sponsors, we are making bracelets, treats, partnering with Girl Scouts of America & Deloitte and hosting events to raise money. We appreciate your support, your sponsorship and your love. No gift is too big or too small.
Wish kids are some of the bravest and sweetest kids you'll ever know. They wish to work in a pickle factory, become a superhero, and push all of the buttons in a tall building's elevator. These amazing experiences inspire them to imagine a future beyond illness and fight harder!
Locally, the Central and Western North Carolina chapter grants more than 360 wishes per year at an average cost of $6,000 per wish, but they can’t do it without help. As a 2018 W.I.S.H. (Women Inspiring Strength & Hope) Society Honoree, my goal is to raise enough to grant at least one child’s wish entirely. With your help, it’s possible!
There are few experiences more powerful than making a wish come true. Please help me raise $6,000 and join in granting a wish by donating $100, $50, or $25. No amount is too small to make an immediate, direct, and substantial impact in a child’s life during a time of great need!
With love and gratitude,
