Make-A-Wish® Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley has made the necessary decision to make the 2020 Convoy a virtual event. The rescheduled date for the 2020 Virtual Convoy will be Sunday, August 16th. There will be a modified, small truck Convoy with the Top 30 Drivers and key sponsors leaving from Manheim Pennsylvania Auto Auction, which Make-A-Wish® plans on broadcasting live on their Facebook page for fans to watch at home. All proceeds go to granting life changing wishes for local children with critical illnesses.

The Convoy began in 1990 when local wish kid Matt wished to ride in a tractor trailer and talk on the CB radio with his sister Heather. We put the word out that we needed two trucks, and 44 trucks showed up to grant Matt's wish.  Now, over 30 years later, the event has earned honors in the Guinness Book of World Records and has raised millions of dollars for Make-A-Wish®. This is an event that the community looks forward to on an annual basis and is part of the fabric of Lancaster County.

"I wanted to help support the kids at CHOP and to help cancer research" Mary’s wish touched and transformed so many lives. Her generosity and loving spirit are surely things to be admired. Thank you, Mary, for gifting your wish to help other local children with critical illnesses!
