Join us for the 8th Annual Penguin Plunge, as Make-A-Wish supporters gather together and raise money to grant wishes for children with critical illnesses. The Make-A-Wish fundraiser will take place on Saturday, January 19 at Heritage Harbor Ottawa. To partake in the Penguin Plunge, you can jump in the Illinois River, volunteer to assist during the event or even just donate towards the cause. 100% of the Penguin Plunge's donations go directly to the Make-A-Wish Illinois Foundation and will help to grant wishes of children in our local communities.Last year, Make-A-Wish granted more than 15,000 wishes nationwide — that's one every 34 minutes. Make-A-Wish is dedicated to making every eligible child's wish come true — register and fundraise today and you can be a big part of making that happen.
