You could even invite a local pastry chef to host or a wish family member if that is your personal tie to our mission. All attendees make a donation to participate.

Set up Make-A-Wish themed bake sale tables at local businesses, schools, or community centers. Add flair with “Bake Like Vera” labels, holiday packaging, and include your custom QR code for donations. To add to the fun, you could create a table game such as “Guess the Secret Ingredient” for a prize.

📸 “Bake Like Vera” Social Media Challenge
Post photos of your holiday baking using our hashtag like #BakeLikeVera. Include your custom URL with each post and a short story about why you are fundraising for Make-A-Wish. Offer a small incentive for the most shares or largest donation you receive. Challenge your friends to participate registering and posting their own photos of ‘baking like Vera’. Tag a few friends in each post to challenge them.

🎄 Cookie Decorating Kits for Wishes
Sell pre-packaged cookie decorating kits (frosting, sprinkles, and cookies) as a fundraiser. Include a “Bake Like Vera” recipe card and the “Wishful Giving Impact of a Gift” one pager so they can see what their gift can do.

📦 “Bake Like” Vera Holiday Recipe Book
Create a limited-edition holiday recipe book with recipes from your connections. You could partner with local bakeries, friends or family to contribute recipes or treats. 🧤 Cozy Cocoa & Cookies Drive-Thru
Host a drive-thru event where donors receive a cup of cocoa and a holiday cookie in exchange for a donation. Add festive music, lights, and signage to make it memorable.
