Walk or roll anywhere, anytime and raise funds to make wishes come true.

This World Wish Month, in honor of the wish that inspired the creation of Make-A-Wish®, join us by walking or rolling anytime from April 27-29. Your participation in Walk For Wishes will support Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island and help us move closer to our vision of granting a life-changing wish for every medically eligible child in our two-state community.

Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island Wish Hero Award recipient and 4X Super Bowl Champion Rob ”Gronk” Gronkowski will be walking virtually in support of our wish children.

All registrants who raise $100 or more will receive our official Walk For Wishes shaker bottle AND will be entered for a chance to win a football signed by Gronk.

Here are the three simple steps for you to become part of this family-friendly virtual event that will unite a caring community of people to help ensure that no child waits even one unnecessary day to experience the hope and joy that a wish brings.

  1. Register. Sign up today and invite friends, family and colleagues to join your virtual team.
  2. Fundraise. Tell people why you are supporting Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island and ask for their support. Make it personal to make it powerful. All registrants who raise $100 or more will recieve an official Walk for Wishes shaker bottle.
  3. Walk or Roll. Complete your 2.9-mile walk or roll anytime, anywhere, between April 27-29, 2024 to be part of this show of support for our wish children. And be sure to celebrate your fundraising success.

Share your fundraising efforts and your walk or roll on social media using #WalkForWishesMARI and tag Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island in your posts.

Charlotte, 5

"Children like Charlotte need a wish because it gives them hope...It made her forget about the bad times, living in the hospital, the needles, the pain, the tears - it gave her the hope that we couldn't. To have this wish made her believe that there is good to be found in the world, too."

Estela, Charlotte's mom

David, 13

"The wish has brought so much joy to David's life. He now has something he can look forward to every morning. He can physically touch it, hold it and see it, and that brings him so much happiness."

Maria, David's grandma
