Friends and family of Chrissy,

We're participating in this year’s 2022 Polar Bear Splash to raise money for Make-A-Wish to help grant the wishes of children with critical illnesses.

Unfortunately, many of us are too familiar with Make-A-Wish as our beloved Chrissy was a two time wish recipient. These amazing couragous kids like Chrissy deserve the world, and we've seen first hand the happiness, relief and renewed hope a wish can bring.

Make-A-Wish grants thousands of unique wishes each year, but that’s only 50% of eligible kids. We are fundraising so more deserving kids and their families can benefit from this great charity.

Please help us support this great cause by joining our team "Freeze for Chrissy" or making a donation to 2022 Polar Bear Splash Event fundraising goal.

We all know Chrissy would be the first one into the water and outlast us all, so let's come together and celebrate his memory. You know he'll be grinning up there!

*** COVID UPDATE ***

Please note, we're meeting on Saturday Feb 5th at 12 noon.  The official event is on the polar plunge website is for Sunday, but given the current state of Covid and the hassle of parking and registration, I decided to avoid it this year and just meet privately with our group (like last year).

The Location will be Long Beach, just turn at Neptune Blvd until you hit the beach (address: Neptune Blvd, Long Beach, NY 11561).

Everyone is welcome to come plunge or just watch and support!
