Chi Omega at LSU is proudly fundraising for Make-A-Wish – will you join us by making a gift today?
When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of wish kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.
This year we are aiming to grant wishes for three children. Miles, a five year old little boy, has leukemia and wants to go to Disney World and Universal to see the minions! Mia, an 11 year old little girl, has a congenital heart disease and wants a glamorous room makeover! Lastly, Ariyana is a 7 year old girl who also has a congenital herat disease, and she wants to go to Disneyland in California to meet Mickey and Moana!
Every day, 70+ children are diagnosed with a critical illness and count on donors like us to help make their wish come true.
