Hello hello hello, I’m Chandler Williams. I grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana and I attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. I majored in Communication Studies and I have always had a passion for helping different non-profit organizations. My senior year of college, I interned with the Fort Worth Make-A-Wish office where I was a Wish Granting Program Intern. My favorite wish I got to be a part of was an airport send off for a young lady who was going to get to meet and watch Spain's national football team. After moving to Houston, Texas in summer of 2020, I quickly realized I wanted to get back involved with Make-A-Wish. I have had the most incredible moments getting to spend time with wish children including wrapping presents with Cecilia and watching Connor drive a train at the Englewood train yard (I had chills on my arms and tears in my eyes!) The Make-A-Wish Young Leaders Board is something I am so proud to be a part of. I currently serve as the President and we are working hard to raise $50,000 this year.
