I'm proudly fundraising for Make-A-Wish. In doing so, I hope to help lift the spirits of seriously ill children and provide a break from their often grueling medical treatments and the constant atmosphere of sickness. It’s hard to have hope when you feel bad and can’t do the things you love!
When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of Wish Kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.
Every day, so many children in South Carolina are diagnosed with a critical illness and begin the arduous battle for a return to good health. Please consider joining me in donating to help give them and their loved ones a much needed respite.
