I’m thrilled to share that I have been nominated as an honoree to Make-A-Wish SC’s Women Inspiring Strength and Hope Society. As an honoree I’ve committed to raising a minimum of $7,500- or the average cost of wish in South Carolina. Every day, 70+ children are diagnosed with a critical illness and currently in South Carolina, more than 400 children are waiting for their wish to be granted. Make-A-Wish SC counts on donors like us to help make their wish come true.
Meet Lulabelle!
Lulabelle is 5 years old and has a heart condition. She wishes for a warm beach trip with her family. Let’s help grant her wish! To make Lulabelle’s wish come true, we need airfare, hotel stay, car rental, beach activities and delicious meals!
When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of wish kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.
