I’m thrilled to share that I have been nominated as an honoree to Make-A-Wish SC’s Women Inspiring Strength and Hope Society. As an honoree I’ve committed to raising a minimum of $7,500- or the average cost of wish in South Carolina. Every day, 70+ children are diagnosed with a critical illness and currently in South Carolina, more than 400 children are waiting for their wish to be granted. Make-A-Wish SC counts on donors like us to help make their wish coe true.
Meet Azaryah!
Azaryah is 16 years old and has a nervous system disorder. She wishes for a family trip to Jamaica to see where her father grew up. Let’s help grant her wish! To make Azaryah's wish come true, we need airfare, hotel stay, car rental, beach activities and delicious meals!
When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of wish kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.
