Since September 2022, I have had the opportunity to represent Diamonds Direct in establishing a partnership with Make-A-Wish South Carolina in the Charleston and Greenville market. I have witnessed firsthand the critical mission of Make-A-Wish and the lifechanging impact it has on Wish Kids and their families.
As a parent, listening to the families explain the challenges of how they had to navigate through tough times-and then to hear from Wish Families that because of the generosity of Donors like you and me their family are able to experience "Joy" when their child's wish is granted.
So today, I'm officially launching my campaign and proudly fundraising for Make-A-Wish –South Carolina! Will you join me by making a gift today?
When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of wish kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.
Every day, 70+ children are diagnosed with a critical illness and count on donors like us to help make their wish come true.
