September is childhood cancer awareness month and the GMS community wants to raise awareness about childhood cancer. We also want to raise money to support Make-A-Wish. Everyday 46 children are diagnosed with cancer in the United States. Everyday 7 children will pass away from cancer.

Make-A-Wish grants wishes to critically ill children. This helps the wish child and their families to have relief from traumatic stress they are suffering. Make-A-Wish has such a positive impact on their emotional and mental well being gives them strength to continue fighting their illness.
