I am raising money for the 47th Keith Valley Challenge.
The KV Challenge began in 1977 in memory of an 8th grade student that passed away. In his memory administrators, faculty, staff and 8th grade students sponsored a hockey marathon and pledged to raise money for charity. While the event has changed over the years, the goal remains the same.
The money raised will be going to Make-A-Wish to help grant wishes for children with critical illnesses. It's truly amazing what wishes can do. A wish renews hope, uplifts spirits and encourages the belief in the impossible.
Make-A-Wish grants thousands of unique wishes each year. A wish begins with hope. And hope begins with you.
