My name is Abigail. I’m a 4-year-old from Vancouver and I am a 2024 Make-A-Wish Oregon Wish Ambassador!
As a Wish Ambassador, it is my job to spread the life-changing hope, strength, and joy that a wish provides to other local kids and families. Make-A-Wish gave my family a little bit of light in our darkest times. We want to be examples for all other families who need the joy of a wish in their lives.
My wish was to meet the princesses at the Walt Disney World® Resort. While battling a brain tumor, it was incredibly important to have a big family trip we could all cherish. When I found out my wish was coming true, I was completely overjoyed. My parents remember the excitement when I watched the sunrise from the plane as we arrived in Florida.
My wish continues to give me strength. Each time I remember a character I met, I remember their bravery and joy. That helps me be brave through rough doctor’s appointments.
Today, I’m asking you to support me in donating so we can share that renewed strength with future wish kids. Kids like me, who are battling a critical illness like cancer or heart disease and deserve to dream big and feel the hope a wish can bring.
