Dear Friends, Family & Alumni,
Welcome to our fundraising page supporting Make-A-Wish Oregon. We started our Talent show, Mr. and Mrs. Skyview to support Make-A-Wish Oregon, and we are asking for your help as we work to grant the wishes of local courageous children in our community.
This year, we have all had a glimpse of what it feels like to wait for hope. We've had so many dreams deferred due to circumstances beyond our control. We're still waiting to feel hopeful again - and so are children with critical illnesses. For them, feelings of isolation and hopelessness are all too familiar. Together, we can bring joy back into their lives, and make their wishes a reality!
Our local Make-A-Wish chapter, based in Portland, grants wishes to children ages 2 1/2 to 18, living in Oregon and Clark County, Washington. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. For many of these children, it marks a turning point in their fight against their illness.
We are very passionate about joining as a community to better the lives of others. We are excited to invite friends and families of the University of Oregon to join our fundraising efforts. Please help by contributing any amount you can! Every dollar you donate can help Make-A-Wish kids
renew their courage and provide a life-changing moment in their lives.
Thank you for your support. Because of you, wishes really can come true!
Sincerely,
The Students of Skyview High School
