Hi all!
Last December, Kayan and I decided to run our first 5K together and I thought fundraising would help him stay motivated. As he made his Christmas wish list, I thought it was time he understood that there is more to the holidays than getting gifts. After looking around, he decided to support Make-a-Wish in an effort to help children who can't run themselves. He loved watching donations come in and was so proud when hitting the goal! Running the race was not easy but he powered through and made it under his goal time!
We are doing it again this year and hoping to make a bigger impact with your help! Please consider donating to this important cause. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of wish kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.
Every day, 70+ children are diagnosed with a critical illness and count on donors like us to help make their wish come true.
Thanks for your support!
