With Lewis Love James Peterson going home to be with Jesus on January 28, 2024, we are asking for support for Make-A-Wish in lieu of gifts for us. 

When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. Lewis’ wish was a once in a lifetime experience that can never be taken from us. They made a vacation with our precious Lewis possible. We reached out pre-pandemic and were approved for a wish to do anything. With our passionate love for Star Wars and everything Disney, Lewis chose Disney world. Little could we imagine the special place this would be. For those that followed the story on Facebook, we kept a “cry count” of how many times I lost it. Make-A-Wish is a truly inspiring organization that makes wishes for all kids come true. I will never forget the time we got together on this trip and it truly was irreplaceable. The joy Lewis and our family experienced on the trip was second to none.While we waited for our trip to Disney World due to illness and a pandemic, it was worth the wait. Please join us in supporting others have their wish granted. We are aiming for $800, one hundred for each year of Lewis’ life.
