Welcome TEAM TASBO! Join us in fundraising again for Make-A-Wish Mid-South!
During our conference last year, we were able to raise funds to grant a Disney wish to four-year-old Claire and you can see her with Mickey Mouse in the photo above. TEAM TASBO will be supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation again this year with the goal of providing a FULL WISH to another recipient here in Tennessee.
We are asking each district to bring a basket to be auctioned off in the Silent Auction. We have seen how creative you can be and there is no doubt your creativity will knock it out of the park again this year. If you have an item you would like to donate to the silent auction as an individual, your donation is welcome and appreciated. Please contact TASBO Philanthropy Coordinator, Mrs. Cecelia Booker, with any questions at cbooker@colliervilleschools.org.
As always, we will have a physical donation box at the conference, or you can donate electronically here on this page. If you are unable to attend the conference, we would be honored to have you join our cause with the donation link.
Children with critical illnesses need hope. They need the physical, mental, and emotional strength needed to fight and face their treatments, and to feel hopeful for the future. This hope can be found in a wish. When a wish is granted a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy, and anxiety with hope. Wish Kid Kayla shared, "Make-A-Wish truly changed my life. They made me think differently about life in itself...Because of Make-A-Wish I feel that I can do anything."
Every day, more than 70 children are diagnosed with a critical illness and count on people like us to help make their wish a reality!
Join us in supporting Make-A-Wish Mid-South, and in granting a wish today!
