My chapter of Chi Omega at The University of Michigan, along with all chapters of Chi Omega nationally, is raising money for the Make-A-Wish foundation. Make-A-Wish does incredible work helping children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions by granting them a wish. In our work with the Make-A-Wish foundation, we have raised over $270,000 since 2016 and have donated 2,221 hours supporting their cause, which has helped multiple children receive their wishes!
On October 25th, our chapter is holding our main fundraising event, Wing Fling, right on the lawn of our house. This event consists of music, dancing, and all-you-can-eat wings. In the past, we have raised over $20,000 from this event, and we hope to keep raising funds for Make-A-Wish and in turn, help children receive their wishes.
Once again, we at Chi Omega take great pride in our philanthropic work, and with your help, we hope to continue to aid in Make-A-Wish’s mission to help children with critical illnesses.
