Regis x Make-A-Wish
For over a century, Regis has maintained its commitment to serving the underprivileged. Every year, a new cycle of students becomes part of the school's eternal mission to form "Men for Others." In all circumstances, our school community has succeeded in aiding those in need from every face of the world. As our reach becomes global, it is imperative that we recognize the importance of tending to those closest to us: the needful of NYC. Through our collaboration with the Make-A-Wish foundation, Regis' student government hopes to continue the school's values by combining generosity with all aspects of student life. Earn school spirit 'gifts' at Regis by becoming the gift for others.
Rewards
- You can donate on behalf of yourself, or have people donate on behalf of you. We encourage you to start your own fundraisers in your communities to push yourself/team ahead.
You can choose to donate anonymously, so your donation won’t be put on the page publicly, but we can see your donation and place it in the competition for you.
Placement Goals
1st Place Donator, 2nd Place Donator, 3rd Place Donator by End of Month
- Two Grub Days and elevator privileges (with a +1) for the next month each.
Top Advisement by End of Month (3 or More Students from the Advisement Have to Donate)
- Advisement Party on the Roof
Top Grade by End of Month (3 or More Students from the Grade Have to Donate)
- Hosting a grade-specific lounge for 3 days of the month in the LCR – stacked with ping pong tables, snacks, and movies.
Regis Places #1st Regionally (Metro New York Area)
- Student-wide vote on one thing to change/implement at Regis.
Donation Goals

- An extra grub day.
$3,000
- A faculty dunk-tank or faculty pie-in-the-face.
$5,000
- All-star student vs. faculty basketball game (in addition to spirit week’s).
- 3 selected students per grade (12 on a roster)
