As a member of the junior board of the New York City chapter of Make-A-Wish, I raise $10,000 a year to help support this amazing organization. In addition to that, Broadway Plus helps grant 5 to 10 Broadway-related wishes each year. It only makes sense!
My work with Make A Wish has taught me that it’s truly amazing what a wish can do. Did you know that 80% of Wish kids fully recover and go on to live full lives? I serve on the board with multiple former wish kids. Their stories about the way that their wish gave them something to think about other than their illness have really inspired me over the years. A wish renews hope, uplifts spirits and encourages the belief in the impossible.
