2020 has been a year of change, a year of reflection, a year of resilience. A year of relying on new ways to connect. Through it all, it's been about family. This Holiday season I am raising money for Make-A-Wish to deliver hope for children with critical illnesses. No matter the circumstances, every child deserves a childhood. As you prepare to celebrate the holiday season with your family, you can give the gift of much-needed hope for brighter days ahead to families who really need it.
I have seen the power of a wish first-hand through a wish that was granted to me after my battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. The Carribean cruise my family and I went on not only brought a smile my face, but gave my family jay as well as it was a time to celebrate and not think about my illness.
Wish kids are some of the bravest and sweetest kids you'll ever know. They wish to volunteer abroad, become a superhero, go snorkeling, meet their favorite hockey team, and push all of the buttons in a tall building's elevator. Their innocence and unexpected wisdom stays with you.
For 40 years, Make-A-Wish has brought transformational wishes to more than 330,000 children and families. But we're not done yet.
Thank you for your support!
