Kids like Wren are WHY we raise our money! Read about this amazing girl (from Arlington Heights!) below:
Wren is a sweet, sassy, and loving five-year-old who was born with an incredibly rare brain disorder, which causes intractable epilepsy. Wren's family wants to best opportunities for her to experience new exercises, techniques and teachings that give us foundational building blocks for the future! They are so proud of the progress she has made and where she is today but continue to seek out new advancements in an effort to encourage her personal and physical growth! Wren's wish is to have a magical therapy room in her house, where she can work, play, grow and learn!
She would love to have a place in her house where she and her therapists (and the pile of special toys and equipment) have room to spread out and interact. Wren is a bundle of fun and a VERY hard worker, so having a therapy studio at home would allow her to balance play and development, activities she enjoys equally. She'd also love to welcome neighborhood children and friends from her school to come over to play, grow and enjoy her space as well! When she's not having fun in school, she's playing with her little sister and brother or attending a variety of therapies across the Northwest suburbs.
