Hawaii - Wish Your Way Fundraising

Wish Warriors #35for35

Welcome to our Wish Warrior fundraising page in honor of our 35th anniversary!

In 1982, Make-A-Wish Hawaii planted roots in our islands under the leadership of businessman and philanthropist, Jack Stanford. Initially established to host wishes for children visiting Hawaii, we granted our first local wish two years later for a Hilo boy who wanted to go to Disneyland. Today, with the hearts and hands of our generous community, we celebrate more than 15,000 wishes granted for keiki battling critical illnesses.

But our work is far from done. Each year, over 100 local keiki are diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition. On average, we are reaching only four out of five eligible children due to lack of funding. It is our vision to grant the wish of every eligible child because wishes are life-changing. They deliver hope and strength to keiki so they can keep fighting and can be just the remedy a family needs to see life beyond illness.

Help us reach more keiki in 2018 and beyond by becoming a Wish Warrior today. Join our Wish Warrior team or start your own.  Ask 35 friends and family to donate $35 or more all in support of our everyday heroes-- our wish keiki.

Mahalo for wishing with us! Together, we are transforming lives, one wish at a time.
