In 2009, my older brothers began organizing annual concerts to benefit Make-A-Wish. As a family, we never thought that we would be on the receiving end of this foundation, but after being diagnosed with Stage II Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2015, my wish was granted to go to Walt Disney World. It was truly a life-changing experience, and we are forever grateful for what Make-A-Wish has done for our family. I had always known that I wanted to continue my brothers’ tradition of directing Make-A-Wish benefits, but seeing firsthand exactly how amazing this foundation is, made me even more motivated to raise as much money as I could.
Over the past 10 years, our family has raised over $55,000 for Make-A-Wish, but we’re still not done! Last year we organized the virtual holiday benefit, Christmas Wishes, and we loved it so much that we knew we had to bring it back this year.
A Very Merry Wish-mas: a Virtual Holiday Concert to Benefit Make-A-Wish, will be streaming live on Facebook and YouTube on December 11, 2021, at 7p.m. A Very Merry Wish-mas will feature many musicians from my and my brothers’ communities, and we can’t wait to bring them all together again this year. This event is free to watch, but donations will be graciously accepted right here on our Wish Your Way page. We thank you in advance for all your support and hope that you join us on the evening of December 11th for our concert!
Happy Holidays and Never Underestimate the Power of a Wish!
