Hello, I'm Jamie Feldman and I am a volunteer with Make-A-Wish Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia. I'm raising money for Make-A-Wish because I'm greatly inspired by this organization's unwavering commitment to granting wishes for critically ill children. My family and I personally understand how much a wish can mean to a child. My older sister, Cara, is a two-time survivor of acute myeloid leukemia. During such terrifying and uncertain times, Make-A-Wish granted her wish to go to Disney World. This life-changing trip meant everything to Cara and our family, especially since at that point it was very uncertain if she was going to survive. I am conducting this fundraiser in honor of Cara who recently celebrated her 20th year of being cancer-free. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, it is now even more important than ever to continue to support Make-A-Wish's mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
