Palmer Ridge Wish Week
Dear Friends and Family,
The students of Palmer Ridge High School are raising money to support Make-A-Wish Colorado and their mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Together, we can make more wishes come true! We will be hosting different fundraising events the week of March 13th - March 17th, 2023!
A wish from Make-A-Wish is powerful! Wishes give the child a better chance of recovering from their critical illness by increasing their hope, strength, confidence, self-esteem and quality of life. No matter the circumstances, every child deserves a childhood. Life-changing wishes wouldn't happen without the power of donors like you.
Palmer Ridge High School is very happy to be hosting David as our Wish Kid! Some of David’s favorite things are Chick-Fil-A, basketball, drawing, playing video games, reading, dogs and stuffed crust pizza! His wish is to have a sports court so he can play and have fun with his family!
We hope to see you at all of our fundraising events!
Monday 3/13:
Join us at Air City 360 on North Gate (225 Spectrum Loop, Co. Springs) from 7 to 9pm! We will be hosting our EXCLUSIVE PALMER RIDGE AIR CITY 360 NIGHT!! It will be $25 per jumper which includes jumper socks and the AirCoaster360. Go through obstacle courses, jump, or play dodgeball with your friends and family! To purchase tickets you can,
1) Donate $25 or more, print your donation receipt with a minimum of $25 and your name. Bring the receipt to Mr. Armentrout’s room and he will add you to the list and give you your ticket.
2) Purchase your ticket at lunch either Thursday 3/9, Friday 3/10, or Monday 3/13.
3) Purchase a ticket at the door through either a donation receipt or cash.
Please have your parents fill out the waiver below PRIOR TO 7:00 pm on Monday, March 13th.

Wednesday:
LP/PR boys lacrosse game at Don Breese Stadium at 7pm. The theme is jerseys to show David’s love of sports! Make sure to bring some cash for the Miracle Minute fundraising and Chuck-a-Duck competition during half time and come support our boys!
Thursday:
Mr. PR!!! Our annual boys beauty pageant will be hosted in Palmer Ridge High School’s auditorium from 6:30 to 9pm. Come watch the boys of Palmer Ridge perform their special talents, dance, and answer interesting questions! Make sure to bring plenty of cash, YOU VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE BY DONATING. Whoever raises the most money is crowned Mr. PR!!!
Friday:
Parents and adults can join us at Palmer Ridge High School’s large gym for a silent auction of items donated by our generous donors and community members. The auction will begin at 5pm and last call will be at 8pm.
During the auction, we invite all PR students to join us for a Monument/Palmer Lake wide scavenger hunt! All participants must fill out a form in the front office in order to join. Participants will need to pay $10 per car and need to check in with all passengers at 5pm at Palmer Ridge. All cars need to be back at Palmer Ridge by 8pm and must abide by all Colorado road laws during the hunt. Have fun and good luck solving the riddles and finding your clues!
