As you may know, Luke Jones was recently granted a wish from Make-a-Wish Colorado. This wonderful organization helps grant wishes of children with critical illnesses. He will get to visit the LEGO Headquarters in Denmark where he will get to go on a detailed tour of all things LEGO.
As a thank you to Make-a-Wish, and a way to pay-it-forward so other wishes are granted, we organized a fundraiser at Telluride Gymnastics and CrossFit on May 4th.
Each participant rowed for 5 minutes and received pledges per meter rowed or flat rate donations. The event was a huge success and we are so thankful to everyone who participated. We are always happy to raise more for this wonderful organization, so please feel free to share this page with others.
Wish kids are some of the bravest and sweetest kids you'll ever know. They wish to work in a pickle factory, become a superhero, go snorkeling, give their baseball team new uniforms, and push all of the buttons in a tall building's elevator. Their innocence and unexpected wisdom stays with you.
A wish come true helps children feel stronger, more energetic, more willing and able to battle their critical illnesses. For many, the wish marks a turning point in the fight against their illnesses. Doctors, nurses and other health professionals say, the wish experience works in concert with medicine to make their patients feel better emotionally and even physically.
More kids are waiting for their wishes. Please help by donating today.
Thank you for your support!
