Many of you know that I am honored to be part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Central & South TX. As a mother, I feel ever child deserves a childhood full of joyful experiences, especially during the holiday season.
Right now, a child is battling the pain, fear and trauma caused by a critical illness. Many of these children are living in our community and are facing scary surgeries that can’t wait until after the new year. These isolating treatments will make family gatherings and celebrations impossible.
