Hello! In honor of Giving Tuesday (which happens to be my birthday!) and the holiday season of giving, I'm supporting Make-A-Wish CSTX as we work to grant 300 wishes this coming year.

Meeting wish kid Julia, a 6-year-old girl born with Trisomy 18, who has defied all of the odds has been so inspiring to me, our team, and Julia’s community of classmates and friends. Granting Julia's wish to write a book to promote inclusion and compassion has had an impact on children around the world. 

When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of wish kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.

Every day, 70+ children are diagnosed with a critical illness and count on generous supporters like us to help make their wish come true.
