I'm fundraising with Make-A-Wish Utah in honor of my brother Tyler Hallsey to help grant wishes for children with critical illnesses. I have been working for Make-A-Wish Utah for three years and have had the opportunity to see firsthand the hope, strength, and joy that wishes can bring to children. As many of you know, Tyler received his wish to go to Walt Disney World in June 2013. Our wish experience was a much-needed respite for our entire family while facing the news of his terminal cancer diagnosis.
As a Wish Hero, I am raising vital funds to help grant more wishes for kids throughout the state of Utah. Right now, there are over 260 kids in Utah who are waiting for their life-changing wish to come true. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight a critical illness.
Now more than ever, the world needs the hope of a wish come true. Please help by donating today.
