We are deeply grateful to be involved in the Wish Hero Campaign! Our son Koen faces multiple diagnoses, requiring daily treatments, medications, and occasional emergencies. Living with invisible illnesses presents unique challenges, especially for Koen, who struggled to find his place among activities others took for granted.

Thanks to Make-A-Wish, Koen found a haven where he felt seen, supported, and inspired. The dedication of the team, spanning over a year, ensured Koen felt cherished throughout his wish journey. Since then, his desire to give back and uplift other wish kids has strengthened his sense of belonging to something larger.

Seeing Koen's joy amid the uncertainties of medical tests and hospital visits was a priceless gift for us as parents. Make-A-Wish continues to profoundly impact our family. Motivated by this experience, we recently became Wish Granters, eager to contribute to the organization that has brought us so much hope.
