Brownie Troop 32480 had such an amazing time visiting The Wishing Place and learning about what Make-A-Wish Connecticut does to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
They learned about how a wish gives children renewed energy and strength, brings families closer together and unites communities.
The girls are proud to support Make-A-Wish and their work in our community by using their funds from selling Girl Scout Cookies to register for Walk for Wishes. They hope you'll help support them and Make-A-Wish Connecticut by contributing to their fundraising efforts.
Every one of these kids needs a wish to give them strength and help them heal. When they smile, you’ll smile. See firsthand the power of pure joy when you grant a wish for a child battling a critical illness.
