Make-A-Wish grants life-changing wishes for children like Amelia with critical illnesses.  A wish gives children renewed energy and strength, brings families closer together and unites communities. Wish families are your friends, neighbors and relatives...and us. 

Amelia's Wish was to be a Zoo Keeper for the day. Make-A-Wish worked so incredibly hard to make this Wish come true at a time that she/we needed some light in a very dark time. The joy this Wish brought to Meals was nothing short of a miracle (and as a parent, there is nothing you want more than that). There are very few "good" days during a life threating illness, but thanks to Make-A-Wish, we were granted one. 

We've all seen the numerous videos of these life changing videos, but you never expect to find yourself in that situation. Personally, I couldn't turn away from a heartwarming story and certainly have shed my fair share of tears watching the joy Make-A-Wish has brought to so many children. It's become a part of our life, and I hope to make it a part of yours.
