Hey Friends - I am doing the Trailblaze Challenge again for the eighth year in a row! Now at age 84, I am unable to hike the entire 28.3 miles in one day, BUT… I am going to hike 16 miles and with your help, attempt to raise lots of money to give kids their wish! After seeing what a difference a wish means to a child, I have a burning desire to do this as long as I can. If you love kids like I do and you donate to my endeavor, you will be helping give them strength and hope when they need it the most.
God has given me this to do, and He has blessed me with success along the way. He has given me the strength and a will to stay the course, I can only give Him the credit, for without Him, I’d be nothing. Please search your heart for how big a part you can have in this. Thank you for every dollar you can give. I wish you could see all of the smiles a wish brings to a child’s face! I am honored to include in this picture a Wish child, and a 10-year-old child who did the Spring hike, yes all 28.3 miles! and her little sister (who hopes to hike when she is old enough). Thank you for helping grant wishes for local children with critical illnesses, restoring hope and sparking joy for these brave kids!
