I have accepted the challenge to hike 28 miles TWICE as part of the Trailblaze Challenge® San Diego, while also raising $2500/hike for my local Make-A-Wish® chapter.

Your donation will help Make-A-Wish grant the wishes of children with critical illnesses. Wish families are our friends, neighbors and relatives. They all deserve a wish experience to give them strength and joy as they face the unimaginable. This is our chance to have a remarkable and everlasting impact on children with critical illnesses in our community.
In the day it will take me to conquer the first Trailblaze Challenge on May 22, 72 children will be diagnosed with a critical illness. And the
same again when I hike for the second time on June 3. :(

As these children endure scary medical treatments and doctor visits, they risk losing hope and confidence. Their world will be filled with fear,
sadness and anxiety. For these children, wishes simply can’t wait. A
