Challenge Accepted, AGAIN!
In 2022, the Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge pushed me beyond any physical activity I'd ever done in one single day. I was lucky enough to cross the finish line after a grueling 13 hour, 26+ mile day. I laughed a ton, became one with nature, and most certainly cried my eyes out. ALL to achieve my commitment to helping grant wishes to critically ill children. It was an incredible experience and NOW I get to experience it all over again with my amazing husband this June 2023.
With your help, it's possible. Last year I was able to raise all the necessary funds to enter the challenge, and I want to thank EACH and EVERY ONE OF YOU! Did you know that Make-A-Wish grants more than 15,000 wishes nationwide every year? That's a lot, yes. But that's only 50% of the eligible kids. Every hour of every day, on average, three children are diagnosed with a critical illness. Every one of these kids needs a wish to give them strength to help them fight and heal. Together, we can raise money to help grant the wishes so more deserving kids and their families can know the true happiness, relief and renewal a wish can bring.
