This will be my 3rd year getting the honor to take on Trailblaze Challenge 23.4 mile hike for Make-A-Wish!!! The hike this year will take place on September 20th, 2025! This year I am teaming up with my sister Karen to raise a combined $5,000!! Over the years l have been able to complete this challenge with the support of YOU, the most AMAZING FRIENDS and FAMILY and I truly could not have done it without YOU!!
Happiness, positive energy and faith play a HUGE part in the successful treatment and health of these critically ill children. The wishes that are granted through Make-A-Wish play a vital role in the health of the children suffering from these illnesses. Being able to see their WISH come true provides them with hope, smiles and something special that they can look forward to that is dear to their heart.
Our combined goal is to raise $5000, but I believe that with lots of work and heart for this cause paired with the support from all of YOU we will be able to surpass this goal!! I have committed myself to raising the critical funds necessary for Make-A-Wish to grant the one true wish for each eligible child with a critical illness here in MAINE. With your help, it’s possible.
Did you know that Make-A-Wish grants more than 15,000 wishes nationwide every year? That’s a lot, yes. But that’s only 50% of the eligible kids. Every hour of every day, on average, three children are diagnosed with a critical illness. Every one of these kids needs a wish to give them strength and help them heal. I’m fundraising so more deserving kids and their families can know the true happiness, relief and renewal a wish can bring.
