This year, Kayla and I are excited to participate in the Trailblaze Challenge, led by Make-a-Wish. In addition to the physical challenge, we have committed ourselves to raising the critical funds necessary for Make-A-Wish to grant a wish for each eligible child with a critical illness. The hike is 28 miles in one day. We will be taking this step by step, in solidarity with children who suffer from critical illness. They have the toughest trek of us all. As they take life, day by day.
Make-A-Wish has granted more than 550,000 wishes around the world. That’s A LOT. But right now, for every wish that comes true, two more children with critical illnesses are waiting for theirs to be granted because Make-A-Wish lacks the necessary funding. I’m fundraising for Make-A-Wish so that more deserving kids and their families can know the life-changing joy, renewal, strength, and hope that a wish can bring. These life-changing wishes are only possible because of supporters like us.
If you are unable to donate, please pass on the link. Thank you for taking the time to read this and learning a little more about the cause! Life is like a hike, and with your help, we can make their journey a little bit easier.
Follow along!
