2022 Trailblaze Challenge

The best views come after the hardest climb.

WE DID IT!!! On April 30th, Judson and I hiked 26.3 miles on the Pinhoti Trail ...the Alabama Trailblaze Challenge.  Our motivation? Critically ill children wanting a wish granted. If they can power through physically hard days, often weeks and months at a time, so could we!

We accomplished the physical challenge but we are still raising the essential funds necessary for Make-A-Wish to help grant these wishes. With your help, proving hope and joy during these uncertain times is possible.

Wish kids are some of the most resilient and sweetest kids you'll ever know. The one true vision of a wish may vary from trip to a pickle factory, become a superhero, give their baseball team new uniforms, and push all of the buttons in a tall building's elevator.  Their innocence and unexpected wisdom stays with you.

Make-A-Wish grants thousands of unique wishes each year. A lot, yes. But that’s only 50% of eligible kids, and now more than ever every child needs something positive to look forward to. We’re fundraising so more deserving kids and their families may know the true happiness, relief and renewal a wish can bring.

Please help us support this impactful mission by joining us on the trail or helping us hit our Trailblaze Challenge fundraising goal.  Thank you for your support!
