I am so excited to once again take on this year's Trailblaze Challenge for the third time! In addition to the physical challenge of training for a 26.3-mile hike in one day along the Pinhoti Trail, I have committed to raising funds for Make-A-Wish to grant the one true wish for each eligible child in Alabama dealing a critical illness. 

After meeting and hiking with former Wish families, and seeing and hearing firsthand how Make-A-Wish has impacted not only the life of the child but also the entire family, this organization has become quite dear to me.  

Last year, our group of hikers raised over one million dollars, and I'm confident we will do it again this year. But to reach that goal, I am asking for your help.
