I will be hiking 26.3 miles on the Pinhoti Trail in May. As an alumni, I have also been given the opportunity to hike 28.3 miles in June on the Foothills Trail in South/North Carolina.

Make-A-Wish grants thousands of unique wishes each year but that’s only 50% of eligible kids. I’m fundraising so more deserving kids and their families can have their wish granted. There are ~275 kids from Alabama on the list right now and that's just not acceptable. They wish to have a treehouse, be a princess, have a gaming system, work in a pickle factory, become a superhero, go snorkeling, buy uniforms for their baseball team, and push all of the buttons in a tall building's elevator.

Wish kids are some of the bravest and sweetest kids you'll ever know. Their innocence and unexpected wisdom stays with you.
