Hiking for wishes

I am excited to take on this year’s Trailblaze Challenge! In addition to the physical challenge of hiking 30+ miles in a single day, I have committed myself to raising the funds necessary for Make-A-Wish to grant wishes to critically ill children across Alabama. 

Did you know that Make-A-Wish grants more than 15,000 wishes nationwide every year? That’s only 50% of eligible kids! Every hour of every day, on average, three children are diagnosed with a critical illness. Every one of these kids needs a wish to give them strength and help them heal. I’m fundraising so that more deserving kids and their families can know the true happiness, relief, and renewal a wish can bring.  

Please help support my efforts in raising money for Make-A-Wish and this special cause. Your tax-deductible gift will help me reach my fundraising goal of $5,000 and in turn help children get their one true heartfelt wish.
