We’re beyond excited to announce that Sunday Splashers LBNY and the New York Dippers Club (NYDC) from Rockaway, NY, are teaming up for the Long Beach Polar Bear Plunge and Make-A-Wish Metro NY Fundraiser on Sunday, February 9th, 2025!

Our mission? To grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. With your support, we can make magic happen for these incredible kids and their families.

Make-A-Wish grants thousands of unique and unforgettable wishes every year. But there are still so many families waiting for that moment of joy, relief, and hope. We’re fundraising to ensure more deserving children experience the transformational power of a wish—because wishes aren’t just nice; they’re necessary.

About Us:

• Sunday Splashers LBNY is a community of cold-water enthusiasts who meet every Sunday, in Long Beach, NY on Laurelton Blvd., November through April, to embrace the chill of the ocean together. It’s invigorating, empowering, and a bit wild—just the way we like it!
• NYDC is another incredible cold-water crew from Rockaway Beach, NY, filled with streak-holding legends who know how to dive into the cold with heart and humor.
