This year we will be jumping into the frigid waters at the 2025 Long Beach Polar Bear Plunge in honor of our Godson Logan Hughes who is our resilient and mighty superhero!
At just 10 months old, Logan was diagnosed with kidney cancer. After major surgery to remove the tumor, chemotherapy, and many other specialist appointments, our warrior is out of treatment! He is now 2.5 years old and will continue to be monitored closely over the next few years. Logan along with his parents and older brother show us every day what true heroes look like.
Logan and his family are looking forward to their Make-A-Wish trip to Disney world in May 2025, which we hope is just as magical and wonderful as they are! We are fundraising to help more kids like Logan and their families experience the pure joy a wish can bring - where they can have the chance to just be a kid, and parents can see their child’s eyes light up with happiness again.
